Donald R. (Don) Margo III is President of Hub International’s El Paso operation. The El Paso office employs 55 associates and represents Hub’s largest office by revenue volume in the state of Texas.
Don’s professional interests include assisting clients with sophisticated risk management and risk financing needs, and managing the design and implementation of individualized corporate strategies for identifying, mitigating and transferring risks.
In addition to managing the firm’s largest property & casualty book of business, Don is Sales Manager for the Commercial Lines, Employee Benefits, Small Business, and Personal Lines operations. He also serves on the Hub Texas Executive Management Team where he represents El Paso and helps drive corporate goals for the state.
Don’s El Paso community involvement includes service on the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement for the Desert Southwest, the Greater El Paso Chamber of Commerce, the Borderplex Alliance, the El Paso Club, and Kids Excel.
Don completed his undergraduate degree in Economics and Spanish at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee, graduating magna cum laude. He later obtained his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Thunderbird School of Global Management in Glendale, Arizona, graduating with distinguished honors.
Don is proud to be a fourth-generation El Pasoan. He is married to Elizabeth Herald Margo (originally from Miami, Florida) and they have two fifth-generation El Pasoan daughters, Lilliana Victoria (5) and Emma Eileen (3).
